A Math Puzzle That Plays With Your Brain 🧠➕

At first glance, this puzzle looks completely wrong:

  • 6 + 4 = 210

  • 9 + 2 = 711

  • 8 + 5 = 313

  • 5 + 2 = 37

How can that make sense? 🤔

The trick is simple but clever: instead of giving just the sum, the puzzle combines two operations — subtraction and addition — into one answer.

👉 Here’s how it works:

  • Take the difference of the numbers first.

  • Then take their sum.

  • Finally, stick the two results together.

Example:

  • 6 + 4 → (6 − 4 = 2) and (6 + 4 = 10) → 210

  • 9 + 2 → (9 − 2 = 7) and (9 + 2 = 11) → 711

  • 8 + 5 → (8 − 5 = 3) and (8 + 5 = 13) → 313

  • 5 + 2 → (5 − 2 = 3) and (5 + 2 = 7) → 37

So what about the last one?

  • 7 + 6 → (7 − 6 = 1) and (7 + 6 = 13) → 113 🎉

Fun fact: Puzzles like this aren’t really about math skills, but about spotting hidden patterns. They’re designed to make you think outside the box — and give you that little “aha!” moment when you crack the code.
