Home Made Facial Mists for Soft and Glowing Skin

Cooling Cucumber Facial Mist for Oily Skin

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon of aloe vera gel
  • 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice

Cut the cucumber into pieces and puree the cucumber pieces with a blender. Filter the cucumber juice into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients, mix them well now pour the liquid into a spray bottle. Refrigerate it and spray as and when required.

Hydrating Rose Water Facial Mist

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rosewater
  • 1/2 cup distilled water
  • 1 teaspoon of glycerin

Pour all the ingredients into a spray bottle, shake it well and your hydrating rose water facial mist is ready to use. This amazing mist leaves skin hydrated and refreshed. This is a natural toner, perfect to apply first thing in the morning and a must-have for dry conditions.

Green Tea Facial Mist

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cool Green Tea
  • 3 drops Tea Tree oil( for Acne prone skin)

Place a green tea bag in a cup of boiled water. Remove bag after five minutes and let the tea cool down before pouring into bottle. If you have acne prone skin add 3 drops of tea tree oil to the cooled green tea .screw on the top and shake it well every time before spraying it.

Anti-aging orange face mist

If you want to look at least 5 years younger than your age then start using this orange facial mist immediately.

Ingredients required:

  • Orange peels: as much as you can collect
  • Purified water: 250 ml
  • Pure glycerin: a few drops
  • A spray can: 1

Procedure:

  1. Pour water in a container, add the orange peels, bring it to boil.
  2. Let it boil for about 10 minutes.
  3. Allow this aromatic mixture to cool down.
  4. Strain out this solution in an empty spray can.
  5. Add a few drops of glycerine in it.
  6. Shake it well before use.
  7. After cleaning your face with a face wash, spritz on this natural toner.
  8. Apply a moisturizer afterward.

Hydrating tender-coconut facial mist

Ingredients required:

  • Freshly extracted tender coconut water: half a cup
  • Steam distilled rose water: 2 tablespoons
  • Witch hazel water: 1 tablespoon
  • Rose essential oil: 2-3 drops
  • A spray can: 1

Procedure:

  1. First of all, fill an empty spray can with all the ingredients mentioned above.
  2. Shake it well to mix everything and make an aromatic facial mist.
  3. Clean your face.
  4. Spritz on this facial mist.
  5. Apply aloe vera gel on your face afterward.

Sandalwood and Rose Water Face Mist

Ingredients required:

  • Rose petals: 1 cup
  • Sandalwood essential oil: 5-10 drops
  • Water: 2 cups

Procedure:

  1. First of all, place 2 cups of water over the stove in a pot or pan and bring the water to a boil.
  2. After that, in another pan, place all the rose petals and then pour the boiling water over them.
  3. Then, cover up the pan with a lid and let the petals steep in there until the water has cooled back down to room temperature.
  4. After that, strain the rose petals out and add in the sandalwood oil and mix well.
  5. Lastly, just transfer the resultant solution in a spray bottle and store it in the refrigerator for future use.

  1. First of all, place a cup of water over the stove in a pot or pan and bring the water to a boil.
  2. After that, take the boiling water in a mug and add the chamomile tea bags to it to steep them in there.
  3. Then, cover up the pan with a lid and let the tea steep in there until the water has cooled back down to room temperature.
  4. After that, take the tea bags out and add in the other ingredients and mix them in well.
  5. Lastly, just transfer the resultant solution in a spray bottle and store it in the refrigerator for future use.

  2. After that, put the calendula flowers in the boiling water and let them steep in there for about half an hour.
  3. Then, strain the solution to remove the flowers and add in all the other ingredients to the solution and mix them in well.
  4. Lastly, just transfer the resultant solution in a spray bottle and store it in the refrigerator for future use.
