🍋 Peppermint and Lime Juice – A Refreshing Natural Remedy

  • 1 cup of fresh peppermint leaves (washed)

  • Juice of 2 to 3 limes

  • 2 tablespoons of honey or natural sweetener (optional)

  • 2 cups of cold water

  • Ice to taste

  1. Wash the peppermint leaves and limes thoroughly.

  2. Squeeze the juice from the limes.

  3. In a blender, combine the lime juice, peppermint leaves, cold water, and honey.
