Wash the chayote thoroughly. Cut it in half and slice one half into small pieces. There's no need to peel it if the skin is soft. -
Blend Everything Together:
Add the chopped chayote to a blender, followed by the oats, the freshly squeezed sour orange juice, and four cups of water. -
Blend Well:
