Ingredients:

  • ½ chayote (peeled)

  • 1 lemon (peeled)

  • 1 tomato (peeled)

  • ½ liter (2 cups) of water

Instructions:

  1. Peel and Prepare:
    Start by peeling the chayote, lemon, and tomato. Removing the skin makes the mixture smoother and easier to digest.

  2. Blend Well:
    Add all the peeled ingredients to a blender along with half a liter of water. Blend for about 2–3 minutes until everything is fully liquified and smooth.

  3. Strain the Juice:
    Pour the blended mixture through a fine strainer or cheesecloth to remove any pulp or fiber. This helps you get a smoother drink that's easier on the stomach.

  4. Serve and Store:
    Pour the strained liquid into a glass or a jar. You can store the rest in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

How to Take It:

  • Drink one small glass daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.

  • Follow this routine for 7 consecutive days.

  • After a week, take a break for one week, then resume the following week.

  • You can continue this alternating weekly schedule for a month or as needed.
