Preparation Method:

Ingredients:

  1. 8 bay leaves

  2. About 10 whole cloves

  3. 3 cinnamon sticks

  4. 10 grams of chopped fresh ginger

  5. (Optional) 1 teaspoon of raw honey for sweetening

Instructions:

  1. Place the bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon, and chopped ginger in a saucepan.

  2. Add about 1 liter (4 cups) of water.

  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.

  4. After that, strain the tea to remove the solid ingredients.
