Instructions:

Prepare the ingredients:
Gently rinse the bay leaves and chamomile to remove any dust or impurities. Break the cinnamon sticks in half if they’re too long to fit in the pot. -
Combine in a saucepan:
Place all the ingredients — bay leaves, chamomile, and cinnamon — into a clean saucepan or small pot. -
Add water:
Pour in ½ liter of water (about 2 standard cups). -
Bring to a boil:
Set the pot on medium heat and let it come to a gentle boil. -
Simmer:
