π° Cake Base – White Velvet or Almond Sponge
Ingredients:

4 egg whites (room temperature)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup buttermilk (room temperature)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and line two or three cake pans.

Add vanilla and cream; beat until light and fluffy (add more cream for softer texture).
