Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)

  • 1 cup condensed milk

  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup chopped pistachios

  • 2 tbsp dried edible rose petals (plus extra for garnish)

  • 1 tsp rose water (optional, for stronger aroma)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the cream base

    • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and lump-free.

    • Add condensed milk and mix until fully combined.

  2. Whip the cream

    • In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

    • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and airy.

  3. Add flavors & texture

    • Fold in chopped pistachios and crushed rose petals.

    • Add rose water if you want a more pronounced floral flavor.

  4. Freeze the mixture

    • Transfer to a freezer-safe container.
