Step 1 — Skin Repair Toner
Ingredients

4–5 fresh okra pods, sliced

½ cup strong green tea, cooled

½ cup rice water (fresh or lightly fermented 12–24h)

2 tbsp aloe vera juice (or 1 tbsp gel whisked into water)

2 tbsp alcohol-free witch hazel
-
1 tsp vegetable glycerin

2 tbsp rose water (optional)
Procedure

Steep sliced okra in 1 cup hot (not boiling) water for 20–30 minutes → strain.

Mix ½ cup okra liquid with green tea, rice water, aloe, witch hazel, glycerin, and rose water.

Transfer to a spray bottle, refrigerate. Use within 7–10 days.

Step 2 — Collagen Gel
Ingredients

6–8 fresh okra pods

2 tbsp aloe vera gel

1 tsp vegetable glycerin

½ tsp honey (optional)
Procedure

Simmer sliced okra in 1 cup water for 8–10 minutes, mash lightly, strain to get gel.

How to Use the Routine
