π Cake Layers: Chocolate Oreo Cake (3 x 6-inch pans)
Ingredients:

1¾ cups (220g) all-purpose flour

¾ cup (65g) unsweetened cocoa powder

2 cups (400g) granulated sugar

1½ tsp baking powder

1½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

2 large eggs

1 cup (240ml) buttermilk

½ cup (120ml) vegetable oil

2 tsp vanilla extract
-
1 cup (240ml) hot water
-
½ cup crushed Oreos (about 6-8 cookies)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and line 3 x 6-inch round pans.

In a large bowl, sift flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

Add eggs, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla. Mix until combined.

Add hot water slowly while mixing. Fold in crushed Oreos.

Divide into pans and bake 30–35 mins. Cool completely.
π§ Blue Vanilla Buttercream Frosting
Ingredients:

1½ cups (340g) unsalted butter, room temperature
-
5 cups (600g) powdered sugar
-
2 tbsp heavy cream or milk
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
A few drops of sky blue gel food coloring
Instructions:

Beat butter until light and fluffy (about 3 mins).

Gradually add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time.

Add vanilla and cream. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
-
Add blue coloring until desired tone is reached.
π« White Chocolate Ganache Drip
Ingredients:

150g white chocolate chips

75ml heavy cream
Instructions:

Heat cream until simmering. Pour over chocolate chips.

Let sit for 1 min, then stir until smooth.

Cool slightly before dripping over chilled cake.

You’ll need:

Oreo cookies (whole and halved)

Fresh blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries

Mini meringues or whipped dollops

Mint leaves or edible greenery for garnish
Assembly:

Level cake layers. Stack with a layer of buttercream between each.

Frost the outside smoothly with blue buttercream. Chill.

Drip ganache over edges. Chill again to set.

Decorate the top with Oreo cookies, berries, and meringues.
