🍨 Brownie Ice Cream Sundae

Ingredients

For the Sundae Base:

  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream

  • 2 scoops chocolate ice cream

For the Brownies: (or use store-bought)

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 tsp salt

For Toppings:

  • Whipped cream

  • Chocolate syrup

  • Wafer rolls or Pirouette cookies

  • Chocolate chunks or cubes of brownies


Instructions

Step 1 – Make the Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and line an 8x8-inch baking pan.

  2. In a bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.

  3. Sift in cocoa, flour, and salt. Mix until just combined.

  4. Spread batter into pan and bake for 20–25 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into cubes.


Step 2 – Assemble the Sundae

  1. Place brownie cubes at the bottom of a sundae glass.

  2. Add one scoop of chocolate ice cream and one scoop of vanilla.

  3. Add more brownie cubes around the sides.

  4. Top with another scoop of ice cream if desired.


Step 3 – Decorate & Serve

  1. Pipe whipped cream on top.

  2. Drizzle generously with chocolate syrup.

  3. Insert wafer rolls for crunch.

  4. Garnish with extra brownie chunks.


🍴 Serving

Best enjoyed immediately with a long spoon. Pair with a glass of dessert wine or coffee for an extra indulgent touch.
