
🧁 Oreo Chocolate Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:

1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour

1/3 cup (40 g) cocoa powder

1 tsp baking powder
-
1/2 tsp baking soda
-
1/4 tsp salt
-
2/3 cup (130 g) sugar (granulated or brown)

2/3 cup (160 ml) milk
-
1/3 cup (80 ml) vegetable oil (or melted butter)

1 large egg
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
6–8 Oreo cookies (crushed into chunks, plus extra for topping)

Optional: 1/2 cup (90 g) chocolate chips for extra richness
Instructions:

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a muffin tin with paper liners. -
Mix Dry Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar. -
Mix Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk milk, oil, egg, and vanilla until smooth. -
Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined (do not overmix). -
Add Oreos
Fold in crushed Oreo chunks and chocolate chips (if using). -
Fill Muffin Cups
Divide the batter evenly among the muffin liners, filling them about 3/4 full. Sprinkle extra Oreo pieces on top. -
Bake
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. -
Cool & Serve
Allow the muffins to cool on a wire rack. Enjoy warm with a glass of milk! 🥛🍪
