Flaky croissant topped with strawberry whipped cream, marshmallows, and fresh berries — perfect with coffee!

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

For the topping:

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp strawberry syrup or puree

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff

  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows (pink & white)

For assembly:

  • 2 fresh butter croissants

  • Fresh strawberries (whole + halved)

  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)


Instructions:

  1. Whip the cream:
    In a bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the strawberry syrup and vanilla.

  2. Add marshmallow fluff:
    Fold marshmallow fluff into the whipped cream until well combined and fluffy. Chill for 10 minutes.

  3. Prepare croissants:
    Slice the croissants halfway open if desired, or keep whole for topping only.

  4. Assemble:
    Pipe or spoon the pink strawberry-mallow cream generously on top of the croissant. Add a swirl of plain whipped cream if desired.

  5. Garnish:
    Decorate with mini marshmallows, whole and halved strawberries. Dust with powdered sugar.

  6. Serve:
